Treatments
Explore our range of treatments designed to relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote movement. Each treatment is customized to cater to your individual health needs, providing a comprehensive approach to your care. We take a holistic approach to care in which we blend adjustments, soft tissue therapy, and corrective exercise to support long-term results.
Diversified/Full Spine
Chiropractic adjustments, also known as spinal manipulations, are a safe and effective treatment technique that addresses misalignments in the spine. These adjustments help restore proper alignment to the spine, alleviate pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall physical function. Diversified is a specific technique that is all manual/hands-on adjusting.
Extremity adjusting
Extremity adjusting addresses dysfunction in the shoulders, elbows, knees, ankles, wrists, and feet. It utilizes precise, controlled adjustments to restore proper alignment and movement to joints that have become restricted or misaligned.
Cox Flexion Distraction
Cox Flexion Distraction is a technique that utilizes a specific table and doctor-controlled, hands-on spinal manipulation performed with the patient lying face down. The flexion-distraction and decompression adjustment and manipulation allows us to open up the joint space of the spine to increase movement and decrease pain/stiffness.
Myofascial Mobilization Techniques
Trigger Point Therapy
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) - Cupping and Scraping
These methods enable practitioners to identify and break down scar tissue, adhesions, and fascial restrictions, enhancing the healing process for soft tissue injuries. They are non-invasive techniques that have been shown to improve mobility, reduce pain, and facilitate a quicker return to active life.
Thompson
Thompson technique is an adjustment technique that utilizes a drop piece on the table to assist with the adjustment. The piece is adjusted to the patient's weight for correct tension. The chiropractor applies a high-speed thrust, using minimal force. This allows correction of the segment while applying less force than would be needed without the special drop-table.
Therapeutic exercises
Therapeutic exercises can include range-of-motion movements, strength training, balance training, stretching, and functional mobility drills, all designed to restore or enhance daily living skills and overall well-being. These will be tailored to your specific complaints and needs.
