Mission

My mission as a Chiropractor is to help you live your life to your fullest and get you back to being able to do what you love. While having a background in sports and a concentration on sports chiropractic, I love to help patients ranging anywhere from younger athletes to weekend warriors to active families. I love to support anyone on a journey of bettering themselves and their health!  I feel this is what God has called me to do and I hope to show it every day!

Background

I was born and raised in the Lake Norman area. I went to school at Southlake Christian Academy and Hough High School. I played multiple sports while growing up and finally settled on playing volleyball as my main sport while I was in high school. My first experience with chiropractic was after a concussion while playing volleyball at Hough. I was having a lot of headaches and neck pain after I was cleared to play and didn't know what to do. Chiropractic helped me get back to playing the sport I loved. I am currently assistant coaching for the Hough High School Volleyball team and previously coached club volleyball at Tsunami Volleyball Club while completing chiropractic school in Georgia.

Education

I completed my undergraduate at Coker University, where I played collegiate volleyball. I graduated in 2022 with my Bachelor’s in Exercises Science and a minor in Psychology.

I graduated from Life University in Marietta, GA with my Doctor of Chiropractic and Master's in Sport Health Science in early 2026. The Master's degree allowed me to further my knowledge in biomechanics, sport injuries, soft tissue mobilization, etc. It also allowed me to work with the collegiate athletes at Life University and Kennesaw State University. While at Life University, I was a part of the Sports Chiropractic Club and served as Treasurer and President during my time.
